Jacoby’s long development history within the southeastern United States, coupled with Mr. Vari’s vast database and extensive personal relationships, provide Celebration Village a first look at properties that rarely come to market for sale. Celebration Village’s “age in place” campus requires a 50-60-acre parcel that is strategically located within markets that have suitable demographics, adjacent to extensive national retail and medical facilities, and contain adequate, unmet demand. These requirements make locating potential sites a daunting task. Mr. Vari has assembled a select team of experts that help facilitate the countless tasks required to locate, secure, evaluate and develop prospective Celebration Village campus sites.
