George Aase is an experienced CFO in publicly traded real estate firms, technology companies and Fortune 100 U.S. multinational industrial firms. In addition to The ASC Group, Mr. Aase also serves as the Chairman of the Audit Committee of Nepi Rockcastle, a +€6 bn listed pan-European real estate group, as well as being a member of the Risk and Remuneration committees. Mr. Aase’s core specialties include corporate finance, large-scale real estate M&A transactions, debt and equity capital market transactions, and complex transaction structuring. Mr. Aase has over 15 years’ experience in real estate, in the senior housing, logistics, retail and office sectors. He has led the process of three major initial public offering projects in London, Zurich and Frankfurt, as well the sales of multi-billion Euro European real estate platforms to private equity and sovereign wealth investors.
