Mr. Aase is a real estate professional with over 30 years of commercial real estate experience including appraisal, brokerage, acquisitions and development. Since 2014 he has been focused on developing luxury senior living resorts with Active Senior Concepts. To date ASC has completed nearly $250 million in senior housing developments and has another $400 million in its pipeline. In addition to his professional real estate career, Mr. Aase has served with the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR), the CCIM Institute, the Georgia Chapter of the CCIM Institute, and Florida State University. He is also a speaker and educator speaking on numerous real estate panels at conferences in the Southeast, and is a member of the national faculty for the CCIM Institute.
